YourSafetySupplies.com will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any products with poor quality or workmanship (Not including normal wear and tear of the item after usage)

YourSafetySupplies.com will quickly replace, refund, or exchange any unused product that does not meet your expectations up to 30 days after the purchase.

YourSafetySupplies.com will give a 100% credit for the cost of your return products (Does not include shipping costs). If it's our mistake your shipping costs will also be refunded.

Freight Policies for Exchanges

YourSafetySupplies.com will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping for the following reasons:

UPS or USPS mis-delivered the order (not customer's fault)
Product did not fit correctly.
Product did not meet expectations and customer would like to exchange for something similar.
Order was called, faxed, or mailed in and a miscommunication caused the incorrect product to be invoiced and shipped.
Note.
Customer would be responsible for shipping the item back to us.


YourSafetySupplies.com will quickly provide exchanges with no stocking charges for the following reasons:

Customer entered incorrect address on order.
Item was ordered, processed, then shipped and customer tried to cancel or change order while in transit.(Most items are shipped in 1-2 business days)
Item was shipped correctly and the customer ordered the incorrect item.
Item was shipped correctly and the customer no longer needs the item once it arrives.
Note.
Customer would be responsible for shipping the item back to us and the return shipping costs back to yourself (if applicable).


YourSafetySupplies.com will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping and pay for the return postage for the following reasons: :

Incorrect product was shipped.
Product was defective and un-usable.
Product was damaged and un-usable from transit.
Note.
We will enter the return labels at our costs; however, the items need be set aside for UPS pickup or dropped off at the post office (whichever is most convenient).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
